Prepare The World For The Future

According to the World Economic Forum, by 2025, 85 million jobs globally in medium and large businesses across 15 industries and 26 economics will be disrupted. With the integration of deep technology into our lives, this will mean that employers will divide work between human and machines equally. As the economy and job markets evolve, the good news is that 97 million new roles will emerge. For workers who wish to remain competitive in the next 5 years, nearly 50% will need to reskill for their core skills because the current professionals lack relevant future skills, the current education system is not able to transform fast enough to equip our young, and the growth of jobs is outpaced by the growth of incoming young graduates. The only solution to this is to start taking charge of your own life, your own career.
